POSITION: LAND SURVEYOR

(SENIOR LAND SURVEYOR CONSIDERED)

Role Description:

This is a full-time Land Surveyor (senior considered) role, where you will travel to site from home upon completion of initial assessments, with the occasional day at our head office. We have grown the business to serve clients locally, with minimal stay-away requirements.

Our clients include local architects and builders through to Redrow, Bellway & Keepmoat Homes, Lancashire Constabulary, National Trust and various local authorities, which give us a range of interesting and diverse projects. NTB has built a reputation for high-quality surveys, delivered as promised to our clients in a collaborative manner and we’re looking for a new person to add to our team.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic and land surveys, using total station equipment, building surveys, and traditional surveying techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying techniques.
  • Ability to effectively use Leica Total Station equipment.
  • Experience in Measured Building Surveying and Land Surveying.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Understanding of relevant land surveying software, preferably LSS and BricsCAD.
  • Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not essential.

Salary is dependent on experience.
