A settlement monitoring survey measures the small changes in vertical and/or horizontal positions. This can be in real-time or as part of a long-term settlement monitoring project.
This type of survey can be used by architects and engineers, providing them with data to determine the stability of structures or load testing for foundation solutions and certified warranty such as NHBC sign off.
We undertake load tests compliant with BS 1377-9:4.2 levelling to submillimetre accuracy using a digital level. The data derived from this provides settlement curves enabling identification of compliance of earthworks specifications by contractors.
